Got this for my wife and myself to have some fun. The supplied bulb pump is marginal - using a guaged pump from another toy. Now it works very well!

This seems like a good product. The key to get the best suction is to pump while you are laying on your back in a relaxed position. Start off in a sitting position with one side then after the suction is started, lay back and begin on the other side. I found the suction excellent if done in this manner, to soon to see results but worth a try !
